− La chambre n'était pas directement dans l’hôtel avec la piscine et le spa mais dans une petite maison 200 m plus loin. La chambre m'a semblé plus petite que sur les photos.

5.0La chambre était spacieuse et calme.
− Les clés sont à chercher dans l'hôtel situé un peu plus loin. Il n'était pas mentionné qu'il s'agissait en fait d'une dépendance de l'hôtel. Les petits déjeuners étaient à prendre à l'hôtel et non à la dépendance où se situent les chambres et il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour la douche. Un problème technique paraît-il, mais aucune excuse à la réception. J'aurais aimé qu'on me téléphone pour me mettre au courant ou qu'on me fasse un petit geste commercial, mais rien de tout cela. En conclusion, j'ai payé une prestation qui n'a pas existé. Dommage.
