10.0very nice hotel. everything clean guests friendly. closed to train station. all staff were really polite and very helpful. Even when I needed help, all staff trying to help with very polite and friendly manner they are the best staff I have experienced. One staff even let me use his phone to call my family I came to visit. It was far and above helping guests. I’m really appreciated. I missed staff’s name. I like to come back when visit Japan again. I’ll recommend to others to stay at Richmond hotel
