6.0− I am not sure whether the issues with the poorly maintained rooms and shabby walls were rectified during our stay. However, I did notice that painting work was being carried out, which suggests that improvements may have been underway.
Don’t book through booking.com because hotel will say they don’t have room and call booking.com for money back
1.0− I booked room with none refundable by giving my credit card. When I called them before I go to hotel they said rooms are full and call booing.com to get money back. In booking.com mail saying no money will be refunded as it’s none refundable rate. At the end I booked room in another hotel but funny part now booking.com asking my hotel experience. What’s should I say?!
