Great location, a little dilapidated
7.0Truly magnificent location: right in the middle of the Old Town with every attraction on your doorstep. Many, many restaurants of the highest quality, range of styles and prices within 50m. We used it as a base for cycling, which worked well, once we adjusted to leaving and entering Girona on main roads.
− The double bed was very poor. The mattress springs were very noticeable to lie on, and complained loudly every time you got into bed. The whole apartment was rather dilapidated with laminate floor heavily worn and the universal beige colour both dull and dated. The useful advice on luggage drop-off and parking was completely undone when the whole old town was closed to cars for three days for filming - with no warning or advice from our hosts.
