Ruhige Lage, alles unkompliziert
9.0Das Appartement ist ziemlich perfekt, Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Küche, dazu ein WC mit Waschmaschine, ein Extra-Raum mit Dusche und ein kleines Schlafzimmer. Im Schlafzimmer ist kein Fenster, hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil wir nur für 2 Nächte hier waren. Alles war sauber und in Ordnung. Parken konnten wir direkt vor dem Haus auf gesonderten Parkplätzen für die Gäste. Schlüssel in einer Box, direkt an der Eingangstüre zur Wohnung, absolut unkompliziert. Für unsere Zwecke (Besuch von Bekannten in Spandau) war es genau richtig.
− Die Lage ist für eine mehrtägige Berlin-Städtereise viel zu exponiert. Man verliert zuviel Zeit. Das kleine Schlafzimmer ohne Fenster wäre längerfristig auch ein Problem. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - mit dem Auto einige Fahrminuten entfernt

8.0Quiet neighborhood, not far from city center. There's tram stop in front. Supermarkets, cafes nearby. Clean shred bathroom. There's everything you need in shared kitchen. Good wifi. Manager lady is helpful and she's around almost always.
− Steep and narrow stairs could be problem if you have cabin size luggage.
