At this point in our lives, we value genuine hospitality over polished but impersonal service. That’s exactly what we found in Piko Zhang at the executive lounge. From the moment we walked in, Piko made us feel truly welcome – not with rehearsed lines, but with a warm, sincere smile that reached his eyes. He remembered our names after the first greeting, and more importantly, he remembered how we liked our tea and which corner table by the window my wife preferred. What touched us most was his quiet attentiveness. One evening, I casually mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary. Without any fuss, Piko arranged a small plate of desserts and two glasses of sparkling wine, and came over to wish us well with such genuine happiness that it felt like a friend celebrating with us. He didn’t overdo it – he simply listened and cared. In an age where so much service feels automated or indifferent, Piko Zhang reminded us what true hospitality means. He clearly takes pride in his work and genuinely wants every guest to leave with a smile. Thank you, Piko – you turned a good stay into a truly memorable one. We will certainly return because of you.

6.0To be honest, the stay was disappointing. There was no one to help with luggage when I arrived at the front door. My room smelled of smoke when I arrived. An air-purifier was then placed in the room which provided a little bit of improvement only and it started to produce "clicking" sounds on the 2nd night. The safe was not functioning due to low battery, but this was fixed promptly. The rainforest shower head was broken, I forgot to report it, but house keeping should have notice this if they have checked it. Dust was visible at the foot of the wall and bathroom door. Room is quite dim, I would prefer more lighting in the room. Otherwise, the room is very spacious, staffs were friendly and welcoming.
