5.0The location was superb albeit it very remote; The welcome pack was lovely albeit we only received it on the day prior to our departure Generally the cottage was comfortable
− A number of disappointments during our stay... When we arrived, it came as a surprise to the owners son and he wasn't expecting us. As a result, there was no welcome pack for our arrival (however, we did receive this on the day prior to our departure); The cleanliness of the cottage was generally ok but it was clear from the amount of dust and cobwebs that a proper clean had not been done (which was further evidenced by the random clothes left in a chest of drawers); A few faults with the cottage - only one of the outside seats could be used due to damage to the others; a number of holes in the interior walls; a drawer handle was loose and one was missing completely (with an exposed screw which could have caused injury)

6.0Location ideal. Parking outside house. Lovely welcome with baked bread, jam, butter and milk. Loved the rustic Cottage look. Dogs allowed.
− Cottage could have done with a clean. Fridge looked unclean, dishwasher was fully loaded with used dishes and cutlery - terrible odour as we had a heatwave. Cottage had cobwebs behind head of beds with spiders - all sizes. Daughter has a fear of spiders!

10.0Tracey's farmhouse cottage was a gorgeous holiday rental with very friendly hosts, with fantastic views of the nearby lough and plenty to do in its vicinity. The fresh homemade bread Tracey left for us were absolutely delicious and the local area was a delight to walk around and explore. A wonderful place to stay and definitely somewhere we'd stay again.

8.0Lovely little cottage and setting. Made to feel very welcome and the homemade bread and jam was a nice touch.
− Can’t really fault it apart from no freezer compartment in the fridge for our ice.

7.0Homemade bread, jam, eggs and milk on arrival was a lovely touch. The hosts were welcoming. Although we didn't use it, having the use of a washing machine is good. With the wood burner I should imagine it would be cosy in cooler months.
− A table would have been welcome. We found sitting at the island uncomfortable with no leg room. The bathroom felt damp so we left the door open to let the air circulate. It would have been useful to have some guides about the area.
