Ne pas réserver cet hôtel
2.0Nous n'avons pas pu dormir à cet hôtel qui ne souhaite plus de clientèle de Hôtel.com. Nous n'avions donc pas de réservation confirmée. Cela nous a obligé à écourter notre séjour à Valladolid, tous les hôtels étant complets (fêtes de fin d'année). La personne à l'accueil nous a dit qu'elle avait dit depuis longtemps qu'elle ne travaillait plus avec hôtel.com mais que le nécessaire n'avait jamais été fait et que régulièrement, elle devait éconduire des clients. Mauvaise fin de séjour pour nous.

2.0Vi bookede seks nætter på dette hostel, men da vi ankom kunne de fortælle os at de ikke havde en aftale med Hotels.com og at de ingen reservation havde i vores navn. Jeg ved ikke hvordan eller hvorfor dette hostel kan bookes, men jeg anbefaler at man finder et andet sted i Valladolid eller ringer direkte til Hostellet hvis man foretager en booking, for at bekræfte at den eksisterer. De var dog utroligt hjælpsomme og stedet virkede hyggeligt hvis man ønsker at bo der.
