10.0Staff spoke well English and very friendly. I spent days on researching Zhangjiajie, Wulingyuang, Glass Bridge, Grand Canyon, Huanglong Cave, and Tianmen Mt. I had total of six days to knock all those out and the staff helped me with my itinerary and gave amazing suggestions on route. I just wish the room can be warmer during the Winter where temperature was average 40F

8.0Room was clean and spacious, friendly staff. only thing was there's urine smell so we kept the bathroom vent on where we are in the room

10.0The front desk went above and beyond to help us plan out our trip in the park, using a detailed map. Room was very nice and clean. The only thing lacking was the room was ice cold when we checked in - although the heater was fine.
