10.0A very unique property (an historic mansion) with friendly staff, a wonderful breakfast, and with plants and gardens throughout. Also, this hotel is within walking distance to many of San Jose's tourist attractions and fun neighborhoods. Highly recommend!

2.0Interesting hotel. Super unique. Totally disorganized and our room was infested with bed bugs. We left immediately when we discovered this. Management wasn’t even surprised about the bugs. Huge project to sanitize our luggage so we don’t take them home with us.

10.0I like old buildings surrounded by nature. This place might not be for everyone but it was perfect for me. Tranquilo. Older people. No stupid young idiots, parties, or noise. Great free breakfast. Amazing staff.
