6.0Proximité de la plage et commerces Appartement en lui même bien situé, spacieux, et fonctionnel.
− - Le parking en sous sol, places trop étroites, difficile de manœuvrer avec tous les poteaux. Aucune visibilité pour monter ou descendre , pente bien trop raide. - Le bruit a l'extérieur, trop d'enfants de tout age dans la piscine en train de crier sans surveillance des parents, paquets de gâteaux, bouteilles d'eau, affaires qui trainent, pendant que d'autres jouent au ballon entre la piscine et les balcons bref la zone, - douche : vis rouillée qui sort du mur très dangereux si on s'y approche un peu trop prêt ou si on glisse dans la douche - Le nettoyage des parties communes laissent à desirer.... - la porte d'entrée du bâtiment qui donne à l'extérieur dans la rue ne se ferme pas donc n'importe qui peut rentrer dans le bâtiment .

8.0Appartement propre, spacieux et bien situé, à proximité de la plage. La terrasse est agréable, l'environnement est calme et le parking inclus est un vrai plus. Un logement pratique et conforme à nos attentes.
− la place de parking (1B) est très difficile d'accès. Il faut effectuer plusieurs manœuvres en raison de la pente, des piliers et de l'espace réduit. L'appartement est également assez mal insonorisé : on entend facilement les voisins ainsi que les bruits de chaises ou de déplacements. Côté équipements, il manque un four et une grande poêle, pratique pour préparer une paella

7.0− Про те що адреса помешкання і де забрати ключі відрізняється ніхто не повідомив додатково, добре, що в таксі помітила, що відрізняється, про те що потрібно додатково оплачувати за постіль і рушники теж ні слова, фен, який я просила, так і не привезли, коли заселились квартира була брудною, явно було зрозуміло, що ми перші в цьому сезоні, навіть вологе прибирання ніхто не зробив. Яке ж було здивування, що навіть туалетного паперу на 10 днів були виділено аж 1 рулон на 4 осіб, вже мовчу про сіль чи цукор. Один комплект ключів, що теж взагалі не зручно. А фінальною каплею було те, що мені прилетіла предьява, що ми не викинули сміття, при виселенні о 10 ранку, що це взагалі за час такий, з поселенням о 15.
