− Café da manhã é de baixa qualidade, além de não reporem. Abre às 08 h e 30 m. Sempre tomamos no primeiro horário e era frequente a falta de reposição. O Box do banheiro não tem porta que fecha totalmente, o que leva a molhar todo o banheiro. Perguntamos se era só no nosso quarto e a resposta foi que era em todos.

9.0The apartment is centrally located in the nice, safe Eixample district. It features air conditioning, and there is a small supermarket right downstairs. It is fully equipped with everything necessary, including a washing machine, ironing board, and iron. You can walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà in about 20 minutes. It is a 10-minute walk to the office, where we were kindly allowed to leave our suitcases for the entire day, enabling us to explore Barcelona freely. The staff was constantly available via WhatsApp, and the check-in process was convenient, using an independent code-based system.
− It would be great to have bottled water in the apartment (1–2 bottles), as it is a necessity when arriving late in the evening during the summer in hot Barcelona. There was a night when we couldn't sleep because of the loud noise outside. When the Barcelona football team won, drivers kept driving around and honking their horns, and pedestrians were shouting until 4 a.m.
