Very dissapointing
3.0Location was great. It was more or less clean (minus the mold in the bathroom and some esthetic issues in the bathroom - can't find the emoji for this)
− I paid a considerable amount for this apartment, specifically for its location and access to a washing machine. I also made it clear before booking that I am highly sensitive to noise and that a quiet space was extremely important to me. Unfortunately, this was by far the noisiest accommodation I have ever stayed in, despite travelling frequently. Between the upstairs neighbour dragging chairs across the floor until 1 a.m., noise in the hallway, and constant motorcycles, sirens, and people outside the window, getting a good night's sleep was nearly impossible. Even silicone earplugs combined with noise-cancelling headphones couldn't block out the noise. If you value peace and quiet, I would strongly advise against staying here. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after management refused to offer any compensation for the inconvenience, I feel it's important to share my experience to help future guests make an informed decision. P.S. The instructions for the washing machine are not in english and the management's response to me was to read the manual to learn how to use it because they have 70 properties and can't know how each machine works.... needless to say, I guessed and was only able to wash and never dry my clothes.
Great stay in the central Barcelona
8.0Amazing location, apartments quite fresh and well maintained.
− Bed arrangements were not done as promised. Cleaning staff was ringing the door 3 minutes already before checkout (they just walk around and ring all doors who needs to move out). One room had no windows and that was not mentioned in the description - not acceptable for us.
