Turned away at the door!
2.0We were unable to check in as the lady said that she had not received notification from Hotels.com that we had dogs and therefore she could not allocate us a room. We had to drive home for 2 hours even though we were shattered and had paid up front and filled in numerous forms in the lead up to our reservation.

Best accommodation in Norfolk
10.0The owner Phil welcomed us on the first day. He was totally amazing. The lodge was lovely. We were originally booked into Willow but had to change to Briar as there was a flood in Willow before we arrived. Dee Dee ensured we still had use of the hot tub which was lovely. The swimming pool is very large and you can book alone time in there which is nice. Excellent breakfast . Love the lodges in forest setting. So lovely. Nice fixtures and fittings. Excellent walk in shower. TV with three channels. Fridge in room and tea and coffee facilities. Highly recommend. Will definitely return. Lovely atmosphere and excellent care.
Perfect, peaceful location, full of character
10.0Really enjoyed my stay at Felbrigg Lodge. Such a peaceful hotel and full of character. Took full advantage of the pool & hot tub which can be booked out for an hour each day. Had a great walk around the Felbrigg estate and lake. Great hosts who were always on hand for anything needed, hope to be back!
