it was a very peaceful and idillic place, within charming grouns. The staff was very nice and helpful and they served us a perfect breakfast.

− We can't say anything negative about the place. Perhaps, the only shortcoming of the whole experience is the locality.Outside of the compound itself, the town doesn't have too much to offer for stays longer than a couple of days.

It's an extremely nice place. It's a bit out of town, which guarantees quietness and privacy. There is a fantastic garden where the guest rooms are located. A good local breakfast was served in the garden. The service was professional and extremely friendly. There is a well-maintained swimming pool in the garden. The town in which the facility is located is very authentic and gives a refreshing insight into the local Calabrian culture. We had one of the most calm and relaxing holidays of our lives there. Here are some additional tips about the town. In Calabria, the typical lifestyle involves eating lunch between 12:30 and 14:30, after which everything closes. Dinner is eaten rather late, from around 7.30pm or even 8pm. Bear this in mind before complaining that a restaurant is closed :-). Our best recommendation in town is: Angolo Divino (they have their own wine, so ask for it :-)), Kiosko03 (only seasonal), a nice place for appetisers, Logudoro (local Calabrian cuisine and fried specialities) and Tabata beach bar (a local party place :-); note that they only open for food after 20:00).

− We had no complaints, Just to bear in mind when choosing this facility. If you don't speak Italian, take Google Translate with you and maintain a positive and patient attitude during communication. The whole villa, including the garden, is located on the border of the port, so you can hear trucks going to and from the port, but it wasn't a disturbance for us. The garden is fantastic, but this means you will be surrounded by garden life, such as bees and lizards. None of that was really disturbing, but bear it in mind in case of allergies.

Nice garden and swimming pool area. Nice cats and dogs. Nice helpful people. Local sweets and fruit. Very clean. Calabrian beaches nearby.

− Expensive. Mosquitos. Breakfast: Wasps around, plastic cups, bread and coffee only by request. No inner living room for guest to relax or read a bit if you get bad weather. Shower a bit deteriorated and rusty. Room Very close to noisy port street with trucks passing very early. Only one restaurant nearby (but a good one!).
