9.0A quick phone call on arrival and I was talked through getting the keys from the lock box and how to access thye lift.
It was a lovely apartment with huge balcony and great views. They just need better neighbours.
6.0The location and facilities are great. The apartment size was great with a lovely big balcony and view north to the beach and mountains. We were very comfortable, except for the below complaint.
− There was a neighbour who regularly smoked weed which wafted into our apartment. I complained to reception twice but the problem continued. We were in apartment 1203.
Value for money is good.
7.0The location is good with sea view, close to the sea and central area with resturants and shops. Pools and gym facilities are good. TV has Netflix. Good value for money.
− The kitchen utensils quite old, bathroom is outdated. Someone's dirty towels are left in the washing machine. The kids slept in the foldable bed which were not quite comfortable.

9.0Spacious apartment with everything you need. Comfy beds. Location is perfect (tram downstairs, beach 3min walk, walking distance to Surfer paradise...). Amenities: swimming pools, spas, bbq... And the view ... 🤩!!! Wonderful place to stay.
