6.0It was easy to get a room. Manager/owner was very nice. Liked that it had a balcony viewing the lake. Didn't like that there were no washcloths in bathroom and had to go to office to get them. There were no coffee/condiments with the coffee pot.

2.0The room we got a first was muggy when we opened the door and had visible mold on the night shades, as well as mosquitos and other smaller bugs. When I went to the desk to ask for another room, the man did mention the bugs are not mosquitoes. So there was some hesitancy to exchange the room but he did do so. The new room was not muggy or too buggy but it didn’t look very clean. To me I would expect a better kept room for almost $100/night, but this place has the market for motels in the area!

4.0I love the location of this hotel and the fact that had a boat launch behind it so I was able to launch my kayak from there. But……. Went to go take a shower and the shower did not work nor with the drain even close so I could take a bath. They moved me to another room, but it kind of had a funky smell .
