2.0We booked the room 104 on May 2nd, 2025. Upon checking in that evening, we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the room. The floor was sticky, as though something had been spilled and not cleaned properly. The bathroom was in a particularly unhygienic state, the toilet had no cover and was clearly not cleaned. The bedsheets appeared dirty, and the towels were stained with black marks and had an unpleasant odor. The room does not look like the pictures on the website at all. Overall, our stay was very disappointing due to the lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene, which we expect as a minimum standard. We would like a refund if possible.
