疲れた体には快適でした
6.0事前に23時のチェックインをメールでお伝えしていましたが受付にわかりやすく鍵を置いておいてくれていました。不安だったので安心しました。
− プラグがグラグラします。ドライヤーが壁に備え付けなのでゆっくり座ってドライヤーできないところですかね？
施設及びホテルとしての基本的なサービスがいまいち。
3.0スタッフの対応が丁寧でよかったです。
− アメニティーが一人分しか用意できていなかった。 ベッドの仕様が同一であればよかった。 フロントの不在がほとんどであったため、尋ねることできない時があった。

− Quando sono arrivata non c'era nessuno a l'accoglienza, solo un bigliettino con il mio nome e la chiave . La camera pulita , ma non posso dire altrettanto del bagno,se fosse stato un tantino più pulito sarebbe stato il top .
