10.0sehr freundliches personal, großes Familienzimmer und leckeres Frühstück. Die Nähe zum Legoland war perfekt-unsrere beiden Kinder hatten sehr viel spaß. wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen!
Leider eine große Enttäuschung!
1.0− Leider eine große Enttäuschung. Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Kastanienbaum hat bei uns einen sehr negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Vom ersten Moment an hatten wir das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Der Inhaber trat uns gegenüber durchgehend unfreundlich, schlecht gelaunt und teilweise regelrecht aggressiv auf. Anstatt Gastfreundschaft zu erleben, hatten wir ständig das Gefühl, aufpassen zu müssen, nichts falsch zu machen. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre kam dadurch zu keinem Zeitpunkt auf. Wir waren ehrlich gesagt erleichtert, dass wir nur eine Nacht gebucht hatten und am nächsten Morgen wieder abreisen konnten. Schade, denn ein Hotel lebt nicht nur von Zimmern und Ausstattung, sondern vor allem davon, wie Gäste behandelt werden. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

8.0Kleines, aber sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem sehr gemütlichen Bett. Ein früherer Check-in war möglich und ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet
