8.0The reserved apartment was changed to one in a different nearby building. Both are well located just outside of the Planty Park perimeter. The location is very good with most major sites easily walkable. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and convenience stores all nearby. The office rental staff was very friendly and helpful and the online staff responded quickly to questions and concerns. The apartment was clean and comfortable but while perhaps oversupplied with cleaning materials there were only minimums of bathroom and kitchen amenities. There were some minor maintenance issues that were nott resolved during our stay but did not cause any real problems. We enjoyed our stay and our visit to the great city of Krakow.
