− Der Geruch nach Katzenurin im Hauseingang, wohlgemerkt NICHT in der Wohnung, die Wohnungen sind hinter einer weiteren Tür und blitzsauber und geruchlos.
Für einen Kurzurlaub sehr geeignet

Beautiful place
10.0Apartment is clean, cozy but spatious, fresh... There is a lot of storage space for multiple peoples belongings and close... Bed is really comfortable... Sheets and towels were freshand clean... In kitchen you will find all you need for preparing a meal... Building is in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, located in a perfect spot full of nice coffee shops, restaurants and stores, and colse to bus and U ban lines that can get you quickly to all parts of the city... Owner is also great guy, he answered to all of my messages quickly and he let us check in earlier... All in all 10 out of 10... Big recommendation! I will surely book this place again when I visit Berlin again
− Water preasure in the shower... If you like hot shower with strong woter, unfortunately water preasure is low in this building 😅
Zentrale praktische Wohnung mit hübscher Terrasse
8.0Die Lage war für mich perfekt, da mein Sohn in der Nähe wohnt. Aber auch sonst: sehr gut angebunden, alles da, trotzdem ruhig.
− Ein Highlight ist die kleine Terrasse, natürlich nur bei gutem Wetter nutzbar. Ich hatte jetzt schon ( bei noch ganz gutem Wetter)das Gefühl, dass die Wohnung ( EG, sehr hohe Decke) sehr kühl und feucht sein könnte. Und gewiss auch dunkel. Es gibt allerdings Heizungen, das müsste man dann ausprobieren.
