Leuk appartement op prima ligging.
8.0Ruim. Fijn bed. Prima keuken ( 2 kookpitjes, magnetron, vaatwasser) Tegenover supermarkt. En dicht bij OV.
− Donker hoekje bij eettafel. Dit loste we op door de tafel te verplaatsen.
Goede uitvalsbasis in Berlijn
9.0Aan de overkant van de weg een supermarkt voor een aangenaam ontbijt, een metrostation heel dichtbij. Een prima plek om te zijn als we niet de stad verkenden.
− We misten lekkere koffie (een 'ouderwets' koffiezetapparaat waarvoor geen filters en (bus voor) filterkoffie aanwezig zijn, werkt niet). We misten een adequaat werkende afstandsbediening voor de tv.

4.0Locație foarte bună.
− Din păcate, experiența noastră nu a fost una plăcută. Aparatele din bucătărie erau prost întreținute și necurățate, sertarul cu ustensile era murdar, iar în apartament era praf în mai multe zone. Nici măcar buretele de bucătărie/vase nu era schimbat. Lenjeria de pat și prosoapele erau foarte uzate, unele chiar rupte. Din cauza nivelului de igienă, mi-am făcut mari griji in special pentru copilul meu de 4 ani. Când am rugat gazda să înlocuiască lenjeria de pat și prosoapele ni s-a răspuns că acestea sunt spălate la 60 de grade și că singura soluție posibilă ar fi aducerea unui cearșaf mai mare. După prima utilizare, prosoapele au avut un miros neplăcut la contactul cu umezeala, ceea ce ne-a accentuat disconfortul și îngrijorarea legată de igienă. Consider că nivelul de curățenie și întreținere nu corespunde standardelor așteptate pentru o astfel de cazare.
