10.0The stay waa great. The hotel's location is strategic and accessible to all your needs. The supermarket is just in front of the hotel. Laundry shop is only 3 blocks away same with the church. Breakfast is included in the accommodations from its restaurant. The food selection was really good.

10.0Excellent location, great staff service, delicious and varied buffet breakfast. Would recommend to others and will definitely come back if I ever visit the area in the future. The bathrooms and certain fixtures are a bit dated. Was not able to try the pool so no review on that hotel feature.

Good location and nice, clean hotel.
8.0Generally a good hotel and standard as expected for the price. Friendly and helpful staff when we arrived helped us fix a few small issues with our room. Nice view of the volcano from our room. Breakfast buffet was fine if a little limited in choice and variety. Good location with plenty of shops and food choices within walking distance. Value for money.
