5.0The location is great and in the center of old Quebec that close to everything.
− The problem is the construction in front of the building and our room is on the 3rd floor with many stairs. It is difficult to carry luggage to the room and after a day of long walking. There were no water on the 2nd morning when we lived there, and no response from the office after two days since I sent them the inquiry.

After booking, guests will receive the final invoice of their reservation, which must be paid ahead of arrival following the property's payment policies.
Late departures will result in guests being charged a late check-out fee for every additional half-hour spent at the property.
