8.0Gorgeous location with beautiful walks from the house. Jamie's input made our stay - his talk and tour enhanced our appreciation of the environment by understanding the ongoing nature conservation work at Kingsdale Head Farm.
Cosy cottage in the foothills of the Yorkshire Dales
8.0The location. It was perfect for a peaceful break with the family. The host Jamie was considerate and polite. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was cosy, spacious and well equipped.

10.0It was nice and tidy
− It would have been better if the outdoor area near the patio with the table and chairs had been cleaned up and ready for seating. It would also have been nice not to have the parking space meant for us taken over by another car when we returned from a walk one day. Perhaps they should also consider having at least two parking lots dedicated to this property because this is for a group of five people.
Beautiful rural retreat
10.0I really love to stay at this ovely cottage. This is my second visit, but it won't be my last! It's warm and cosy, with a log burner. Jamie provides plenty of wood for the fire. This cottage has all you need for a relaxing break. And Amy and Jamie are next door if you need to know anything. Step out the door and you are immediately in walking country. If you love a break where there is peace and stillness, this is the place for you x
