A perfect little escape from everything, wonderfully peaceful and so relaxing.
10.0A wonderful escape where all you can hear is the birds and an occasional horse neighing. The property is very well appointed and has basically everything you could need. The weather wasn't cold enough to use the wood burner or the BBQ, but we made use of the hot tub every day - sometimes twice a day! It was so lovely laying there with all of the lights turned off just looking at the stars. Such a peaceful place. The bed was so comfortable I wanted to bring it home! I slept so well. The bathroom was lovely and has a huge bath to soak in as well as a separate shower. The kitchen was well appointed and has everything you could need to cook a meal. All we needed was groceries and there is a good selection of shops in nearby Tavistock. Tavistock is a picturesque town and well worth a visit and there is a lovely walk along the river too.
− The shower door was difficult to keep closed and some of the saucepans etc could do with replacing - they have been in the dishwasher a lot and it has affected them, Apart from that everything else was fab!
