The ideal river-view escape to unwind.
9.0The location! Absolutely perfect, it is nestled off the beaten track in a lovely village. Being a stone-throw from the river made it perfect for a quick paddle or even better, a boat ride (if you have a boat!) from the nearest quay to the local pub! The property itself was huge and the view over the river was wonderful. Each morning was more relaxing than the last.
− The internet was broadcasting at ~5MB with the router in the same room. While this is likely due to the location of the property, it did mean that the four of us could only send the odd message when lines were quiet. The roads around the village, in some places, are barely 1 car wide and parking is very limited throughout. A good excuse for a walk though!
