6.0We send message to request room on the 1st/ ground floor, and received an confirmation. When we arrive there, staff told me he doesn't received. I proved him from my iPad. We are happy he is willing to carry our luggage to upstairs for us. However, when we check out next day, we really had hard time to carry luggage down, with family member is disable. The building is painted well, the room is large with refrigerator. No hair blower or coffee maker. We maybe back to this hotel if we need to go to Santa Monica again. But we will call to check what the room come with first.
