Stanza top, ma servizio e Staff colazione veramente pessimo e irrispettoso.
6.0− Colazione discreta ma accettabile, a differenza dello staff non presente nella sala colazione durante l'orario previsto (seppur 20 minuti prima della chiusura della sala) ed una volta che la signora dello staff si era accorta della nostra presenza, ci ha accolti urlandoci :"WHERE IS THE GLASS!! WHERE IS THE GLASSS!!", con molta dolcezza e cordialità dall'altra parte del corridoio, per indicarci dove ci dovessimo sedere. Dopo questo accaduto la signora è entrata un attimo nella sala colazione per muovere due cose dietro al bancone, borbottando tra se e se con tono burbero, palesemente contrariata e scoglionata per il nostro arrivo 15-20 minuti prima della fine dell'orario della colazione. Come se non bastasse dopo un minuto ha preso ed è andata via a fare altro. Ho mangiato un toast con un po' di nutella con la mia ragazza e siamo andati via, senza bere, ne caffè, ne succo, ne tè o latte in quanto dietro al bancone la signora non c'era e non mi sarei permesso di prendere le cose autonomamente. Totale impiegato? probabilmente 3 minuti. Fosse stata una colazione decente massimo 10 minuti, e comunque saremmo stati nel range di tempo prestabilito dall'orario della colazione senza sforare di un minuto. Se a qualcuno interessasse ho preferito prendere una redbull alle macchinette della metro al posto del caffè che ho pagato insieme alla mia stanza, per poi andare a fare colazione in un altro posto. In un servizio adeguato il cliente deve essere messo a suo agio, e non essere trattato così, ed anche se fosse molti servizi di ristorazione, caffetteria ed altri simili hanno sempre del tempo in più fuori dalla fascia prevista per servire il cliente se ha fatto tardi o sta ancora consumando, trattandolo comunque con cordialità, in questo caso non ce n'è stata una briciola neanche nell'orario prestabilito che sarebbe stato opportunatamente rispettato.

− We booked three nights and left with one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. The air conditioning did not work at all – with 35°C outside, the room sat at around 30°C and was impossible to sleep in. Reception called a technician but we were simply told it couldn't be fixed, and staff refused to move us or offer any compensation. The room itself was falling apart: the toilet seat was broken and the shower didn't work properly. On top of that, we found ants in the room. The breakfast was meagre and disappointing. For the price this hotel charges, the standard is unacceptable. We felt we were paying a premium to sit in a hot, broken room with no willingness from management to make things right. I travel and stay in hotels constantly, and I have never encountered anything like this. Save yourself the money and the frustration – book elsewhere.

1.0Ingenting. Der var to søde kvinder i receptionen, som forsøgte at hjælpe det de kunne. Det var svært at kommunikere med damen der var på i dagstimerne.
− Vi ankommer til at receptionisten siger "Hiii, I have a very Big discount for you", og vi forstod ingenting af, hvad hun mente med det. Hun viser os til værelset og siger, at der er vandskade, fordi badeværelset ovenpå, har haft et læk. Det betyder at der er en stor plet på væggen og loftet, hvor det er tydeligt muggent og virkelig ulækkert. Hun siger at hun er virkelig ked af det, men de ikke kan gøre noget for os. De har ikke andre værelser de kan tilbyde os, og vi kan ikke få noget rabat eller noget. Vi kan skifte hotel, det er det hun siger. Vi vælger at sove der første nat, og kontakter booking.com for at vi kan få pengene tilbage. De siger at det kan vi nok godt, men at vi skal aftale det med hotellet. Så vi må skynde os tilbage til hotellet inden kl. 23, før hun er gået hjem, for at høre om de vil acceptere at vi annullerer bookingen og får pengene retur. Hun siger det først kan lade sig gøre efter i morgen, så at vi ikke kan få pengene retur for første overnatning. Vi finder et nyt lækkert hotel tæt på, som var en kæmpe opgradering, men til helt samme pris. Derudover, til morgenmaden havde vi en skrækkelig oplevelse med kvinden der arbejdede ved morgenmaden. Vi åbner døren fra vores værelse om morgenen, da vi skal ind til morgenmaden og bliver mødt af en hånd som afværgende bare siger "no no". Hun er i gang med at betjene personale elevatoren, og vi skal vente. Så kommer vi ind til morgenmaden, og tager et bord, og sætter os - vi vil gerne sidde i midten, så det gør vi. Der bliver vi mega uhøfligt på halv italiensk og med store armfagter fragtet væk derfra. Vi får af vide hvor vi må sidde. Hun ruller tydeligt øjne af os. Så begynder vi at tage morgenmaden, og her er hun igen utrolig ubehagelig. Jeg ved ikke hvad jeg havde gjort hende, men ligegyldig hvad jeg gjorde, så gik hun og bagtalte mig på italiensk, og hun lagde slet ikke skjul på det. Jeg spurgte om de havde flere yoghurt, og der rullede hun igen med øjnene og tog nogle ud.

7.0Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. De koelkast op onze kamer werkte niet, waardoor we onze drankjes telkens aan de balie konden afgeven. Het personeel zette deze met plezier koel voor ons. Na elke daguitstap werden we bovendien steeds hartelijk en persoonlijk ontvangen, wat ons verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Het ontbijt was eerder beperkt, maar dat was niet storend. Aangezien het geen groot hotel is, is dat ook begrijpelijk. Ondanks het kleinere aanbod was er voldoende keuze en vonden we altijd iets naar onze smaak. Het was een leuke extra dat elke kamer over een eigen terrasje beschikte, waar je rustig kon zitten en genieten.
