Primera vez que me siento estafado en la reserva de un hotel y por booking

− Mi habitación era la más alejada y no tenía señal suficiente fluida en la conexión wifi , todo el tiempo se desconectaba, salvo en el marco de la puerta o afuera , pero era muy incómodo sobre todo por el calor que hacía .. y el baño tenía un desperfecto el socalo de goma de la ducha , por eso salía todo el agua mientras me bañaba hacia fuera del baño al dormitorio y la primera noche se mojaron mis pertenencias .. di aviso esa misma noche y al otro día a la encargada Francesca, pero lamentablemente esa persona me atendió muy mal , no se pudo solucionar esa situación , ya sea con un plomero , cambio de habitación o de última reducción en la tarifa de la habitación ya que me asignaron una habitación que no estaba en las condiciones óptimas para si uso o por lo menos lo garantizado en la reserva ( sin wifi y baño que pierde agua ) . Me sentí estafado . Pague las noches de una habitación al mismo precio como si funcionara el wifi y el baño perdiendo agua . Horrible . Llame a booking y también sentí una desatención ante el reclamo .. está todo registrado My room was the farthest away and I didn't have enough fluid signal in the wifi connection, all the time it disconnected, except in the door frame or outside, but it was very uncomfortable especially because of the heat .. and the bathroom had a damage to the rubber base of the shower, that's why all the water came out while I bathed out of the bathroom to the bedroom and the first night my belongings got wet .. I warned that same night and the next day to the manager Francesca, but unfortunately that person Served very badly, that situation could not be solved, either with a plumber, change of room or last reduction in the room rate since they assigned me a room that was not in the optimal conditions for use or at least what is guaranteed in the reservation (without wifi and bathroom that leaks water). I felt cheated.

10.0I had a wonderful stay at Relais Manzoni! The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was always clean, and I especially loved the lovely scented soap—it was such a nice touch. The breakfast was also great and a lovely way to start the day. The location is convenient, with many iconic places nearby, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay. Best of all, it’s quite affordable for the quality and comfort they offer. Highly recommended! ❤️
