8.0Ruhige Gegend, fußläufig alles gut erreichbar. Man findet durch die gemeinsam genutzten Räume Kontakte. Es wird auf Ruhe im Haus geachtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und so sauber wie die Gäste es verlassen. Zum gut frühstücken ist alles da. So auch Eier die man sich wie man es mag zubereiten konnte. Draussen im kleinen Innenhof kann man sitzen und rauchen. Drinnen im Gemeinschafftsraum ist eine alkoholfreie Zohne.
− Es ist ein hellhöriges Haus welches mit seiner Geschichte (Siedlung alter als Hundert Jahre) in die Jahre gekommen ist. Eigendlich etwas was mir persönlich gut gefallen hat. Man braucht beim Duschen erst mal Geduld um beim ersten mal die Temperatur und das passende Maß an wasserduck zu erhalten. Wenn man sich die Einstellung merkt geht es nächstes Mal schnell.

8.0Self check in, easy access to everything, very clean and extremely close to city centre. Quite literally a 10 min bus to and from city centre to accommodation. Absolutely no issues at all during my stay, keys are provided to each guest so you can lock your door with no chance of other guests accidentally stumbling in.

10.0When in Belfast I always stay here! Went to a concert this time as location is great! Comfortable beds and extremely clean as always! David the host is easily contactable and makes every effort to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended Thank you again
