We did not stay there as the infomation on the site and reality are poles apart

Nothing about this place was acceptable it says self catering and its a room inside a house ,we never stayed there as it was not what we expected ,i asked the the owner several times if its self catwring she said yes but didnt tell me its a room inside of a house .She also said to me she did not know abput the booking as she had no internet and even though i paid for 2 night ,she can only keep us for the firat night and the next night she is fully booked

− Owners attititude is perthetic ,she was rule and told me i can get mg money back from booking .com as she didnt get paid ,we were met by a women with a towel wrapped around herself as though this was a rural village ,also notified the owner we are travelling from 4 hours away and tried to make it by 8:30 and she said the reception closes at 8 where as its just this women in a towel thats a receptionist .This is perthetic ,she should not be advertising on this site. Really want my money back

− I booked and paid the place, confirmation received when I reached the place the owner told me that the place is not available other people booked it. However the environment was not welcoming from outside. I had to look for another place that was so bad and inconvenint for us. I am still waiting for my refund from bookings 😡😡😡.
