Front desk staff was rude.. I didn't even check in. I just left. I told her to cancel my reservation. I should get a refund

They don't respond to email. Their phone line was cut off and I wasn't sure if our reservation was still available. Refused to issue a refund despite the fault being on their side. I'll avoid all these reddoorz hotels now.
