− The air conditioner didn’t work and they didn’t have anybody from maintenance could fix it
Okay.
4.0− Our key to our door KEPT messing up. Any and every time we left our room we had to KEEP going back down the elevator to get them to reset our key. The front desk kept saying how the keys were supposed to been fixed. That’s a huge inconvenience.

Homeless drunks lounging around entrance at check in.

− This place was a nice hotel a few years ago but it’s gone down hill exponentially.
With some updating and more attention to cleanliness , this could be a really nice hotel.
5.0I liked how close it was to the interstate. It was easy to access. I liked the size of the room.
− The hotel is outdated. The room and the hallway were not clean. There was cookies or some type of food that had been crumbled and smashed in the hallway a few doors down from us. The crumbles were all up and down the hallway for two days. It wasn't cleaned up Our room happened to have an oven in it. The oven was very dirty. There were not a lot of options at breakfast compared to other Townplace Suites that I have stayed at before.
