− Only one person working the breakfast/coffee area in the morning. This made for long lines and delays.

We have been coming here for years and known the staff and the area quite well.

As far as as far as my experience with Marriott hotels, this place was substandard
6.0The bedrooms were fine. The shower was good.
− There was a number of things that happen at the hotel that was not acceptable. One they overbooked my room by two other people and I had booked two rooms and the other room was booked to someone else and to my party as well that was confusing number two. The coffee machine wasn’t working. There was a missing piece so I couldn’t make my own coffee in the morning number three the way I learned that they overbooked my room with someone else trying to get in it twice. They tried to get him. Luckily I had to double lock on it and then the front desk called couldn’t find me and their system that took several minutes and then they did and then they apologize that happened about 8 o’clock at night. The elevator broke down so it wasn’t the best stay at Marriott that I’m used to.
