Please note that all services related to the Wellness & SPA centre such as: (use of the swimming pool, steam bath, sauna, etc.) are subject to reservation and payment, minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to access them.
Please note that our Wellness & SPA area is not a public common area, but a premium service for exclusive and private use, available only upon reservation. A sanctuary of wellness in the heart of Rome, designed to slow down time and restore your balance.
The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card by performing a pre-authorization for an amount equal to the first night approximately 15 days before the arrival date.
Please note that the pre-authorization is only a temporary hold of funds to guarantee the reservation. The total payment for the stay will be made directly at the hotel upon check-in; at the time of payment, the pre-authorized amount will be immediately released.
