falta de água pela limpeza da caixa
8.0faltou água devido a limpeza da caixa d´água, a gerencia deveria ter providenciado um caminhão pipa para o retorno do fornecimento com maior rapidez. Do resto foi tudo bem.

6.0Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel. Equipe noa no atendimento em treinamento. Até aí tudo certo. Faço minha reserva sempre com antecedência. Dessa vez me disseram que o hotel estava cheio e de deram um quarto para deficientes sem guarda roupa, sem box no banheiro e bem apertado. Tomara que não comece a ficar ruim.
