6.0A very basic motel with a good size refrigerator. You can't cook here (microwave, a sink but no kitchen towels, grills outside but not sure whose those are). A continental breakfast is listed but is not available . Perhaps the owners should update this. No stuff around. The door was opened remotely. The best thing was its proximity to the Jacob's Pillow Dance Center. If you only want to place to sleep this is adequate.

10.0The property is close to Lenox at a reasonable price. However, what made it an exceptional stay is the manager Ofer!! Mr. Ofer went above and beyond to accommodate us. He was professional and gracious! The check in and out processes were easy and simple. We are very happy with our stay.

8.0It was a nice little motel and a comfy bed! the only complaint I had was the heating. It was a relatively chilly night and was pretty cold in the room. I tried to follow the instructions to turn the heating dial up but it didn't seem to make a difference. If they could provide extra blankets in the closet for nights like these, that would be appreciated!
