6.0The condition of the rooms, especially the wallpapers, restroom, walls needs improvement. It was a very nice hotel five years ago, so I got surprised of its present condition.

8.0Overall, a very good stay and hotel. Convenient when in the Metro Manila area when travelling or visiting the Las Pinas area. We stayed 16 nights at this hotel and were treated very well by the employees. The food was exceptional and quantities huge! The hotel needs some maintenance to make the customer experience better--specifically the musty smells in some of the hallways. Windows in the rooms need weatherstripping to keep outside noises, outside. Especially true with the daily 6:15AM Zomba class held next door in the community space!!! The staff were all very friendly and more than helpful! Would stay here again.
