10.0Great location, staff was very nice and welcoming. Several good restaurants are very close. For a family with a small kid a great bonus was a supermarket and pharmacy very close (1min walk).

Apartamento excelente para famílias.
9.0Chegamos no apartamento as 17h (em pleno verão europeu) com malas e crianças e após subir 4 lances de escadas entramos num apartamento geladinho preparado pelo anfitrião. O anfitrião também nos deixou uma cesta de lanches com biscoitos, sucos e água para nosso consumo e nós amamos! A localização é maravilhosa: pertinho do Coliseu, do metrô e do supermercado, o que facilitou muito nossa estadia. O apartamento é completo (panelas, pratos, copos, talheres), seguro, tem cortinas blackout, ar condicionado nos 2 cômodos e conta inclusive com lava roupas. Há 2 tvs: uma na sala/cozinha e outra no quarto. A internet também tinha um excelente sinal. Por perto há muitos restaurantes e farmácia.
− Não há elevadores e subir escadas com muitas malas pode ser um problema para pessoas mais idosas. O box do banheiro era muito apertado. Senti falta também de sacolas para lixo, pois como ficamos 4 dias a sacolinha da lixeira era insuficiente.

− Bedroom Klimaanlage macht viel Geräuche. Und Zwischen den Flats gibt es nur eine Raumtür und kein Schallschutz. Man kann fast alles hören was nebenbei passiert.
