自室で飲用湯沸かしをしたいなら、水の準備をしましょう。
4.0温泉入浴の使用時間が長く、ゆっくり入られた。
− フロントまで行くとお茶•コーヒー•飲用水がありました。 自室の水道水が飲用出来ず、深夜の湯沸かしがスムーズに行えなかった。 正面玄関に、子育て中のツバメの巣があり、糞が地面敷いた段ボールに多量に落ちていてた。 通行中に汚染しないか、感染が心配でした。季節が、違うと大丈夫かもしれません。

9.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the beautiful city of Nagano. The hotel was spotless, and our room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. We didn't have many questions, but based on how welcoming they were, we're confident they would have gladly assisted us with anything we needed. Unfortunately, because we didn't have enough time during our visit to Nagano, we weren't able to use the hotel's hot spring bath, which was a real shame. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the stunning sunsets from our room, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is just a short walk from Nagano Station and is conveniently located near excellent restaurants and convenience stores. Attractions such as Zenkoji Temple are also within walking distance. We were 100% happy with our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagano. We will definitely be back!
