2.0Updated review of revisit in 2023 August: If you want to be invited by the cockroaches nibbling on your toothbrush when you arrive at night book here. You can call room service and a boy will come and literally catch the cockroaches in hand and you can enjoy watching him chase catch have the taste of the sweet sound of its head getting crushed with his bare fingers. The whole place is covered in some plastic polythene cover. Such a filthy place. I will never book this place again. Nothing has improved if anything the population of cockroaches have improved a lot. Even Indian railways are better comparatively. Watch my photos of cockroaches if you dont believe me!

6.0I’ve stayed here a few times. Before Covid and after. Before Covid it was a lovely relaxed place where I could Enjoy the beach, meditate and relax. On my most recent trip I found this place to have changed dramatically. I don’t know if it’s new owners or what. But the music is so loud and goes on well past 11 when they told me it was going to Stop. People are allowed to be as loud as they like. The staff say nothing to them. I was so tired. I slept well one night of my 5 night stay. I will Never stay here again and if you are looking for a place to relax I wouldn’t stay here.

8.0Nice and courteous staff. Right on the Arambol beachfront but it is almost the northern end of Goa, which makes commuting to tourist spots more expensive.

6.0The room was poorly maintained especially the bathroom. There was an ant colony inside a chair on the balcony. The wifi kept on disconnecting as for the water in the faucets.
