Exceptional Hotel ❤️
6.0I love this hotel and it's a beautiful, peaceful location. The breakfast and service was wonderful. The staff are also very accommodating and lovely. The pool & spa facilities are brilliant, and the gardens and outdoor bar/seating area is perfect. Overall, it is a very clean, comfortable, tidy hotel. I love it here!
− Unfortunately, this time, I was put into a room that hadn't had it's make over and been updated yet. It was clean with a beautiful lake view but now I have extended my stay and changed to a modern room. The updated rooms are stunning! The only problem we had was the child's fold out bed. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable on it. We mentioned it to the staff, and they offered to change it and even move us to a room with a sofa bed instead. We asked for another mattress to double it up in the end so we could keep the lake view in the room. We then extended our stay and moved to a modern junior suite, and it was absolutely perfect!
