Easy to access, friendly establishment in Skala.
9.0Effie is central and offers easy access to the port. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast, although basic, was enjoyable. The room was comfortable and clean.

10.0Convenient & safe location & close for cheap ticket public bus, restaurants, beach, central square for shop, healthcare., etc. Very nice family oriented management. Very nice staffs. Very clean. Very healthy breakfasts. It is really perfect for me for 10 days plus 1 more day adding later for waiting my ferry. Very clean.
− One time , The big group of guests came at late night were too loud! To wake me up. But that is without hotel control;)
I love Patmos and my hotel room had a view of Hora. However I felt the hotel could have been better
5.0I really love Patmos and the previous hotel I stayed at was closed. So I booked Hotel Effie on recommendations. I liked the location and felt the price was reasonable
− No water or tea making facilities were provided which I had got at previous locations. The reception was unmanned and it was only because of previous visits to Patmos I knew my way round and didn’t need help.
Comfortable and relaxing hotel.
9.0Breakfast was cold buffet continental style. Hotel was in a pleasant setting in a quiet location but a short walk from the resort centre with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
− To reach the hotel there was a bit of a hill to walk up.
