Still love the hotel but disappointed with end of season lack of service and consideration.
6.0We've stayed her on many occaisions. The positives: location for ski in / ski out, the pool and spa, the bar and restaurant.
− This is the first time we stayed at Edelweiss in the last week of the season. Everything is being shut down. End of season service for high season prices. Don't get me wrong we are big fans of the Edelweiss but we will never stay on the last week of the season again. They half serve most things and services are running on half. There are people deep cleaning the boot rooms and the ski hire downstairs are cleaning too. We got put into the old part of the hotel rather than the newer renovated rooms even though the hotel was running at 20% occupancy. The shower didn't work properly and the room was tired. We were paying nearly Eur 700 per night for 5 star hotel so that was dissapointing.

− The rooms were a bit small. But very clean and wonderfully serviced. Really a minor point since all we did was sleep in them and the beds were very comfortable.
