Cozy, spacious, well equipped flat next to Punta Prima beach

Right next to the beach, enough spacious with large terrace and well equipped kitchen (even essentials to cook, e.g. oils, salt, etc. were provided). Clean premises and friendly staff.

− The only little downside was a dead cockroach, and the water from the shower up front that didn’t sink. However the workers are aware and need to wait until the gardeners take care of it. No problem!

Loads of potential but very tired.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing and the building itself has so much potential its scary. The enormous balcony over looks the beach at Punta Prima which is truly stunning. The apartment has lots of space in some areas but less so in others. It has an outside washing machine and ample of drying space which is great after days at the beach. The kitchen is well enough equipped and there is wifi throughout most of the apartment which is always helpful when travelling with teenagers! Road side parking is mostly available and if not you can get parked a short walk away. We arrived around mid day and were aware of a 4pm check in but were told by our contact that it was possible to leave our cases in one of the small rooms prior to this after being up and travelling since 3am that morning, thankyou!

− Whilst the apartment has potential it is very tired. for 5 of us there was only one bathroom that offered showering facilities and the shower holder in this shower was cracked meaning the shower had to be hand held to wash otherwise the entire bathroom was showered in water as it flew off the holder. The bedroom with the two single beds was extremely basic and could do with a touch of paint and some soft furnishings. The master bathroom was not usable as there was a notice in there asking for the shower (over bath shower) was not to be used as a shower and the bathroom in general was very grotty. It really could do with a total refurb. The hairdryer in the bathroom (the only one in the apartment) didn't work but fortunately I had taken one with me. The balcony furniture, whilst plentiful, was also very aged. Whilst our contact at the apartment informed us we could leave our cases in the small room prior to the 4pm check up, the cleaners, who arrived when we were putting them in were not happy with this and proceeded to put us on the phone to a rather angry man who informed us he was in charge of the apartment, not our contact and check in was strictly 4pm. My husband spoke to him and managed to agree it was fine but it wasn't the best start to our stay.

Cette grande maison est située directement sur la plage de Punta Prima !!! L appartement est propre et bien décoré ! L accès est facile et il à côté de restaurants de la petite promenade et de petits supermarchés !! La terrasse est suffisamment grande pour 4 avec une vue extraordinaire ! La Clim dans tout l appartement

− Le seul petit inconvénient … les fenêtres des chambres qui donnent sur le couloir intérieur ..

Nice location on the beach. If you have a room facing the sea and can sit on your balcony on the evening, this must be lovely (I wouldn't know). The beach is very nice, not many waves, clear water. Friendly feeling.

− Don't book these apartments if you know you are going to arrive early. There is no toilet facilites or anywhere to leave your cases while waiting for your room. You also need to access the internet to check in and fill forms, so if you can't use your phone overseas, or are as useless (as my dad is on his phone) then this is not an option. There is no inperson communication. The deposit situation is ridiculous. I paid more for the deposit than I did for my stay in the apartments. I booked 3 nights for one person (but only stayed for 2). I paid c.475 Euros for the stay then had to pay 500 Euros for 3 nights deposit. Bonkers. You either have to pay cash via BACS (which incurs a charge with your UK bank), pay on your credit card and the apartment company add a levy of c. 20 Euros to this, or you can pay their insurance premium which is c. 30 Euros. I was so annoyed and disgusted. My blood is still boiling to this day. 500 Euros for one person for 3 nights, it is just ridiculous. If you have a room facing the sea I am sure it will be lovely - I was on the ground floor at the back, which was very disappointing. You wouldn't know you were in beautiful Menorca. My room was also starting to look tired. Chipped toilet seats, rust on the fridge etc.

Toller Blick und gut gekühlte Räume die bei den Wetterbedingungen extrem wichtig waren. Die Ausstattung ließ kaum Wünsche offen. Für ein Hostal top
