5.0It's a typical love hotel, the great thing for us was the parking under the room, it's very convenient and secure.
− We booked the motel over the Dia De Muerte weekend, and the property increased their rates three-fold. We accepted the price increase, because there was nothing else available in the city. But, we didn't accept the service. When we checked-in, we tried to turn on the air conditioner and it did not work, back down to reception to ask why and they said they will turn it on for us. The switch was located next to their chair, so it could have been turned on during check-in. But most annoyingly, every day we had to ask them to turn the hot water switch on, because for some reason they turn it off everyday, why?? The room was a little bit dirty as well, it really needed a good clean prior to us getting there. And, the staff were a little grumpy, how about a smile occasionally?

3.0The staff were kind. We didn’t get a room that we booked and they showed us the other rooms that we could have.
− The rooms are nothing like the photos. We got a room that was supposed to have things such as a sofa, AC, etc. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he was kind enough to offer other rooms. But the other rooms looked like you would catch something from sitting on anything. For $100 a night, we expected more
