Catherine was very friendly when she greeted us on arrival. Room was clean and comfortable.. Use of the fan provided in our room made a massive difference at night. Breakfast was made fresh and was excellent. Would definitely return and recommend

Awesome experience from start to finish! From the very warm and friendly start as we arrived into the Carpark through to the polished 5* full English breakfast, the bank holiday weekend break to Torquay was made into an amazing holiday by our hosts! Our room to top it off had a full panoramic view of the Torquay end of season Fireworks …. which btw rivals London New Years Eve display! Highly recommended stay for families AAA! Also very helpful to have a full size fridge to keep whatever you want cold in the breakfast room! Great job THE BRANTWOOD!

The hosts were lovely, the rooms weren't so great, very tired, i appreciate that the place is up for sale, but attention to detail goes along way. There are also things that cant be dismissed such as a leaky toilet and a broken temperature control on the shower so, it's Hot or Very Hot,

We had an amazing mini-moon right after our wedding and couldn't have picked a better bed and breakfast for our getaway. Catherine and Mick were wonderful hosts who made us feel so welcome, and they went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. They even had some prosecco waiting in our room when we arrived, just like I had asked, and they decorated our room so nicely. It was a truly special experience! The breakfast is amazing and it is such a lovely little hotel. Thank you so much.
