8.0This is my 3rd time booking this location.The building is conveniently located near Gran Via. It is close to loads of restaurants and shops. The Apartment was very clean.
− I had 4 different people messaging me via WhatsApp asking me to click a link to add my payment information for a deposit after I provided that information days prior to arrival. First time this has happened

10.0Apartamento excelente, ótima localização! Ele fica pertinho da Gran Vía, mas não fica do lado que tem o maior movimento e "bagunça", o que acho melhor por conta de barulho. Vários restaurantes em volta, mercado, lugares para tomar café, metrô. Adoramos!
− O prédio não tem elevador, então dependendo do peso das malas, é necessário ajuda para subir.

10.0Mante House tiene una ubicación muy buena cerca de la Gran Via, a la altura de Primark. El barrio los fines de semana a la noche es medio ruidoso xq justamente tiene movimient para salir a comer y recorrer cerca que es muy bueno. Cerquita tenés la Gran Via con sus grandes locales como Zara, Uniqlo, HyM, Primark, Oysho entre otros pero tb está cerca Fuencarral con Decathlon y muchísimos locales. Los locales de diseño españoles y divertidos en Malasaña, como Bisquit. El Mercado San Antonio donde la gastronomía es excelente (Ideal comer en Gustoo que tiene una carta reducida pero excelente, nivel Michelin pero a precios accesibles), el Mercado Idelfonso con sus chiringuitos con comida típica española, excelente tortilla de papas y varios restaurants por la zona. Eso con respecto a ubicación, compras y gastronomía. En cuanto al depto: muy cómodo y limpio. Equipado para poder desayunar e incluso comer ahí. Los sillones y comedor, muy esteticos y cómodos. Tiene 2 cuartos con baño en suite. La cocina integrada con cafetera y café en capsula, lavajillas con pastillas, lavarropas y tender para sacar al balcón de ser necesario. Colchones excelentes y buenas sábanas. Baños cómodos con shampoo y jabón líquido, uenas toallas. NOs tocó un 2do piso sin ascensor pero es lógico en estos edificios en el centro de Madrid. Muy buena la comunicación y predisposición del anfitrión, nos dejó dejar las valijas en depósito un tiempo más cuando hicimos el check out. Un 10/10 volvería a hospedarme aquí!!!
− Lo único que agregaría, sería una frazada porq la primer noche hizo un poco de frío. Y otro detallito es que nos hubiera venido bien que dejaran unas cápsulas o algo para lavar la ropa en el lavarropas. Por el resto, impecable

− Manque de tasses et de verres. On doit toujours laver à la main pour en avoir à chaque repas. Pas d'ascenseur!!
